Big changes

On Sunday Jason was voted in to be our church's new Sr Pastor. It's so strange how much has changed in the last 6 months. In the last 6 months we moved, we were surprised by the news of a baby coming, we lost our pastor unexpectedly, and then we felt God changing our hearts like we NEVER expected Him to. This transition from youth pastor to senior pastor isn't like a promotion or an upgrade, it's more like a career change. Some things are the same but, it's a HUGE change, and one we never thought we would make. But God knows what His kingdom needs, and who are we to think we should have any idea what He has in store for our futures. So we are taking on this new role with excitement and gladness, knowing the God will teach us how to fulfill His will. I just wanted to let all of you know our news.
