As baby gets fatter, so do I.

This is my belly at 4 months. I'm noticing in this picture that my posture has really taken a turn for the worse. I've been trying to work on that, but it's hard when you're wearing a cantaloupe in a fanny pack all day and night. Haha.

Our Thanksgiving

Nothing quite like decorating a Christmas tree in your underwear.

Trip to the big city

A couple weeks ago we went to Minneapolis for a couple days. While we were there we went to the zoo and did a couple other fun things... like swimming in the pool.

I had some things to pick up at the Mall of America, so while we were there Jason and Miriam played in Nickelodeon World. They got to meet Dora and ride a few rides. This little car ride was small but REALLY fast. Every time it went around a corner it went even faster. Our little cautious Miriam usually doesn't like anything rough or fast, but for some reason she loved this ride. Weird!

Halloween

Sorry I'm a month late in getting these posted. Miriam was a bride this year! She had such a good time at our church's harvest party. She got lots of candy and saw lots of friends, YAY! She relished every moment of the attention and compliments, just like a real bride. She had a flower girl dress than just needed to be worn in public one more time.

Ultrasound @ 11 weeks

I had another ultrasound today. I was so overjoyed to see the baby doing jumping jacks and cartwheels. He (?) was being so wild that they couldn't manage to get a good picture of him. I was shocked at how strong and fast he moved. God is bigger than we can ever understand. It's a fact. I'm in awe once again.

Our baby's first picture

Most of you I'm sure have heard, we are having a baby. The baby is due May 11th. The due date was May 12th but they did an ultrasound when I was 6 & 1/2 weeks along and changed the date to May 11th. They did an ultrasound because we were having a some problems, but everything looked healthy and normal and we haven't been having problems since then. When this ultrasound picture was taken the baby was about the size of a pea but already had a beating heart. Now the baby is about the size of a lime and is growing so fast. I've been pretty sick 24/7. There's nothing "morning" about it. But I know it is worth it, I just want to enjoy pregnancy a little more. Miriam is very excited to be a "big HUGE sister". She keeps asking if it's time for the baby to come out yet. It's gonna be a long few months. Hahaha!

Go Vikings!!!

Gooseberry Falls in Duluth

We had heard from so many people that we HAD to go to Gooseberry falls. Well, now we know why. It was so amazing! It was so peaceful and beautiful. If you're ever in Duluth you HAVE to go there.

Fishing and Mom's birthday

Grandma and Grandpa Kirschenmann Visit

Kevin and Elise came to visit us for a few days here in MN. We took them fishing and Grandpa got Miriam her own pole and tackle box. Fun times!

I know what you're thinking... "Is that Grandpa in the playplace?"... Yes it is, and he managed not to break a hip.

Trip to Detroit

While Jason was at camp Miriam and I went to Detroit to see my family for the week. We had so much fun! We went to the beach, and Chuck E. Cheese's, and camping, and Sonic (yum).

This was what Miriam bought with her tickets. What could be better?
